Who loves pasta? Who love uni? Uni Pasta! I know what you're thinking but seriously it's the best thing I've ever ate. The buttery texture of uni infused with the light garlic and olive oil combo really is breathtaking. We made this for my dad's birthday and he absolutely loved it. The best part is that its so simple and delicious! Now pour me a glass of wine.
